sunshine!... (am.21.feb.11)>

for a change... we have totally clear skies early this morning, with a temp of 43F (6C).  other than a few sprinkles, there has been no measurable rain in the past 24 hours. but it's a different story up the mountain where several inches of snow fell on saturday and sunday, to add to the massive snowpack.

we get to enjoy a nice, quiet weather pattern for the next couple of days.  today will start off with lots of sunshine, but we'll have to watch out for cloud development over the mountains by around noon-time.  our next weather system may spread some high clouds into the area on tuesday, but it won't be until wednesday that rain chances increase again... and that rain potential looks like it could last for a few days.  temperatures will be more pleasant from now through wednesday, but then it will cool off again for the end of the week.
