this morning's low temp: 66F (18.9C)
today's high temp: 76.1F (24.5C)
rainfall midnight to 8:30pm: 1.19" (3.0cm)
we've had all today that the season can offer... some nice sunshine this morning with clear views, some periods of thick clouds and fog with near zero visibility, and a couple of rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall with some thunder thrown into the mix. most of the rain fell between 11:15am and 2:00pm, but there have been another couple of hefty showers this evening, which i'll add to the total asap. *updated total to 830pm added above*
there are no dramatic changes to the general weather pattern expected during the new week. we haven't had a dry day since last monday, but i think tomorrow or tuesday could be candidates (thinking positively). we'll continue to see these pendulum swings between pleasant sunshine and full-on monsoon fog and rain, as tropical moisture maintains its grip on all of the subcontinent.
for the first time, i am seeing just a HINT of a changing airmass about 8-10 days from now. will have to watch this carefully to see if it is genuine or not...
SUNDAY NIGHT: lingering rain showers this evening, with a chance of another shower overnight. otherwise partly cloudy.

WEDNESDAY: partly to mostly cloudy with occasional fog and rain.
high: 22C (72F)
THURSDAY: mostly cloudy skies. periods of fog and rain likely.
high: 22C (71F)
