wed am. 06.09.10

it's another very cool morning (13c/56f), but it appears that most of the clouds and rain have either dissipated or moved off to the east. today will mark the beginning of a dramatic warming trend which will continue right through the coming weekend. the upper-air pattern remains a bit "dirty" and unstable... which means that there is a chance of mainly afternoon and evening showers or thunderstorms on just about any day, but there will also be plenty of sunshine to go around. all in all, we'll be back to a fairly typical june, pre-monsoon pattern.

WEDNESDAY: sun early, a few clouds later. much warmer than yesterday...although still cool for june. an afternoon thundershower is possible.
high: 24C (75F)

WEDNESDAY NIGHT: slight chance of a thundershower, otherwise clear to partly cloudy and very pleasant.
low: 16C (61F)

THURSDAY: partly to mostly sunny skies. warmer, with a chance of a thunderstorm in the afternoon or evening.
high: 26C (79F)

FRIDAY: warming trend continues... partly cloudy with a random late-day thunderstorm possible.
high: 28C (83F)

SATURDAY: sunshine and a few clouds with a slight chance of an afternoon storm. quite warm.
high: 29C (85F)

SUNDAY: more of the same... warm with plenty of sun, but still a mention of a late-day thunderstorm.
high: 30C (86F)
