friday morning>

we picked up another quick half inch of rain early last evening in a splash-n-dash thundershower... more evidence that our water woes may be ending soon. get ready for lots of sunshine on this friday morning, with temperatures quickly warming up. however, the threat of late afternoon and evening thunderstorms will be with us again today... and that threat will be repeated each and every afternoon of the next several days. starting to sound a bit like a broken record here, but with little evidence of a significant change in the overall weather pattern, we're lacking other options! temperatures will continue their gradual warm-up into the weekend. enjoy the sunshine and warmth... just be prepared to seek shelter if/when one of these afternoon storms pops up...
