satellite pics this morning show nothing but snowcapped mountain peaks across northern india, and not a trace of any cloudiness. that means today's weather will feature more sunshine, with just a few clouds developing during the afternoon hours over the mountains. this rather idyllic autumn weather pattern will continue for the next few days, but there are still indications of an increasing chance of showers by the end of the week. actually, the very latest run of computer model guidance is looking less impressive with regard to this next weather system, but we'll just have to keep an eye on it as the week progresses...
