the satellite pic shows generally clear skies from the persian gulf to central tibet this morning... that doesn't happen very often! a ridge of high pressure in the middle and upper levels of the atmosphere is the culprit, and will keep temperatures very warm to HOT across the area for at least the next couple of days. we're watching for an increase in haze and dust, as a west-southwesterly breeze taps into the dirt reserves across the punjab. haha. rain chances are minimal, but increase a bit late thursday into friday, as a cooler airmass nudges in our direction...
