there is an upper-level disturbance spinning through central asia at the moment, and it's stirring up a few clouds, and some rain and snow showers as close to us as kashmir. this is the only fly in the ointment for the next several days... but will only contribute to the chance of occasional clouds that will dim the winter sun. temperatures all across the kangra district are steady, or slowly trending downward, and will continue to do so...
