for those of you checking the weathergeek blog... i am still in the US of A for another 6 weeks (busy, working, etc), so i apologize for the lapses in timely updates. i am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things when i return in january... hopefully before we get our first dump of snow.!
i have been keeping an eye on the meteorological haps, but there has been very little to report. this is our typical late autumn/early winter weather pattern here in the himalayan foothills. lots and lots of sunshine, but since the days are very short this time of year, as soon as we lose the sun, it gets chilly. as those of you who live here know... in the winter, it's all about which direction your windows face, in order to catch the sun. temps down in dharamsala are now barely getting above 20C (68F) during the day, with overnight lows in the single digits C (39-46F) all across the area. still no stormy weather in sight...
