just a word of caution... with very heavy rains overnight, added onto the heavy rainfall we've already had during the past several days, the potential for FLOODING, ROAD WASHOUTS and LANDSLIDES will be rather high. all the rivers, streams and creeks are running very high this morning, and will continue to do so for much of the day. if you plan to travel, please be extra careful as many roads could be flooded or very unstable.
